Centre for Continuing Education Kerala, situated in Thiruvanathapuram, is an autonomous body set up by the Government of Kerala to promote continuing education programmes in Engineering Colleges/ Arts & Science Colleges and Polytechnic Colleges in the State of Kerala, India. A subcentre of CEC is functioning in GWPC Thrissur to by following the rules and regulations of the CEC. Many programmes were conducted including PGDCA, Free programme "Step 4 U" for SC/ST students, Special Training programme for inmates of Central Prison, Thrissur. Revenue generated from these programmes is utilising for the development of the institution.
